• Trainer application details — if you apply to teach with us, your experience level, subject area, and a resume or LinkedIn link you choose to share.
• Payment-related details — if you register for a paid webinar or course, payment is processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves.

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or counselling call.
• Deliver course brochures, notes, or other material you request.
• Process registrations and payments for webinars or courses.
