Pro Soft Academy provides live online SAP training, certification preparation, corporate and college training programs, and SAP consulting services, operated from India and available to students and businesses in India and internationally.
Our courses are intended for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf, and complete any enrollment or payment. We do not knowingly enroll minors without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
Course fees, batch timings, and available payment plans (including EMI, where offered) are communicated by our advisors at the time of enquiry and confirmed before enrollment. A seat is confirmed only once the applicable fee or registration payment has been received.
Payments for courses and paid webinars are processed through Razorpay or other payment methods we may make available from time to time. Fees are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details — these are handled directly by our payment provider.
Refund and cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to info@prosoftacademy.com. Eligibility for a refund depends on how much of the course or program has been delivered at the time of the request, and any processing or transaction fees already incurred may be non-refundable. Specific refund terms for a given course or webinar will be confirmed by your advisor at the time of enrollment.
Access to live sessions, recordings, notes, brochures, and any other course material is provided for your personal, individual learning use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share this material without our written permission.
Submitting a trainer application does not guarantee an interview or a role with us. We may retain applications on file to consider you for current or future opportunities.
Rewards under our Refer & Earn program are provided only once the referred individual has enrolled and completed the applicable payment, subject to any additional conditions communicated at the time. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this program at any time.
